Order Processing

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your order moves into our packing queue. Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays aren't counted in that timeframe. During peak sales seasons, when order volume is higher, processing can take slightly longer — and if there's any real delay, we'll email you to keep you informed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Everything ships from our United Kingdom warehouse.

• Express Shipping: £9.50 flat rate for orders under £50.00. Estimated delivery: 2–17 business days after dispatch.
• Standard Shipping: free for orders of £50.00 and above. Estimated delivery: 3–25 business days after dispatch.

These are estimated timeframes, not hard guarantees. Customs clearance, delivery to remote areas, weather conditions and carrier backlog can all stretch the actual delivery window.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your parcel leaves our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear on the carrier's system, so a brief silence right after dispatch is normal.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we're unable to change the destination or redirect it. We can't be held responsible for packages lost or returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete or out of date.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check your local customs rules before ordering if you're unsure.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging and the items. If the tracking status shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out within 21 days of dispatch, and we'll open an investigation to help resolve it.
